My name is David Vincent, a freelance/contract web
developer, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD Web
Developer) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS .Net
framework 2.0) based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
I have experience with creating accessible websites using HTML
and CSS and creating flexible user-friendly Content Management
System (CMS) solutions, e-commerce solutions and web
applications using nopCommerce, Umbraco CMS and Obtree Presentation
Server WCMS, coding OOP using C# and ASP.net and Microsoft SQL
Server database as well as web server infrastucture software,
Microsft server 2003, IIS7.
Middle Tier Solutions Ltd was set-up in 2008 to offer ASP.Net web
development, design, hosting, e-mail marketing and website
maintenance on a freelance basis, and committed to producing high
quality web solutions working with the client to enable them take
control of their content and to realise their online presence.

start-ups, graphic designers and new media teams/development teams
